The short version

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run this website. We don’t sell your information. We don’t load advertising trackers. If that ever changes, this policy will change first, clearly.

Information you give us

When you submit our consultation form we collect: your name, email, service of interest, and main goal. You may optionally add your business name, phone number, current website, budget range, biggest challenge, project details, and preferred contact method. If you select an AI or automation service, we optionally ask which process you’d like to improve and roughly how much time it takes each week.

Information collected automatically

This site currently sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Fonts

All fonts on this site are self-hosted. Visiting basswick.co makes no requests to Google Fonts or any other third-party font, script, or tracking service.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your consultation request, this is why we asked.
• To prepare recommendations and quotes you asked for.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Basswick does not currently send marketing text messages or email newsletters, and the site collects no marketing opt-ins. If that changes, this policy will be updated and proper consent collected first.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your request without asking first.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to operate this site and respond to you: our hosting provider, our email provider, and, once the form goes live, Web3Forms, the form-delivery service that relays your submission to our inbox. Each acts on our instructions.

5. How long we keep it

Consultation requests are kept while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

6. Your choices and rights

• Access, correction, deletion: email hello@basswick.co with your request. We will verify your identity and respond.
• Withdraw consent: you can withdraw any consent at any time by emailing us.
• Do not contact: tell us once, and we stop.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We limit collection, avoid storing sensitive data in the browser, and never publish API keys or private information in client-side code.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s information.

9. Changes

We’ll update this page when practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be flagged prominently.
