You pay monthly, and Basswick handles everything: the build, the hosting, the updates, the maintenance. The fee recurs every month for as long as you stay on the plan. Think of it as your website on payroll, it just works, and someone else worries about it.
You pay once and own a complete, professionally designed website. There is no monthly commitment to Basswick. Domain registration and hosting are billed separately, we’ll help you set them up with a provider in your name.

Straight answers
Yes, management plans bill monthly and recur until you cancel. Cancellation instructions and billing terms are in our Refunds & Billing policy.
Monthly plans work like a managed service: the build is included in the price, and the site remains Basswick-built-and-managed property while your plan is active. Your content, branding, images, and domain are always yours. If you cancel, the site comes down at the end of your billing period, or you can purchase the site files through a buyout, priced by how long you’ve been on the plan. Want to own everything outright from day one? That’s exactly what the $799 one-time build is for.
No long-term contract, plans are month to month. Because the build is included in the monthly price, the buyout option (rather than free file transfer) is what makes the low monthly rate possible. Everything is stated in writing before you pay.
Your domain name (typically $10–20/year from a registrar) and hosting (paid to a hosting provider) are purchased in your name and are not part of the $799. We’ll walk you through setting both up.
Text edits, photo swaps, and changes to hours or contact information. Larger additions, new pages, new features, redesigns, are quoted separately before any work starts.
