Informational and promotional content about Basswick’s services, plus a way to request a consultation. Content is provided “as is” and may change without notice. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Concept demonstrations
Some examples on this site are clearly labeled concept demonstrations created to show capability. They are not real client projects and are not presented as such.
4. Pricing shown on this site
Website plan pricing on the Website Pricing page is accurate as of the “last updated” date. All other services are quoted per project. A quote becomes binding only when both parties sign a written agreement. Recurring plans bill monthly until cancelled, see Refunds & Billing.
5. Intellectual property
The design, code, text, and graphics of this site belong to Basswick or its licensors. You may not copy this site’s design or content for commercial use without permission. Ownership of deliverables in client projects is defined in each project agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to breach the security of this site, scrape it abusively, submit malicious content through forms, or impersonate others.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Basswick does not guarantee specific business results (leads, rankings, revenue) from any service, marketing and automation outcomes depend on many factors outside any provider’s control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basswick’s liability related to use of this website is limited to the amount you paid to use it (the site is free, so: zero); liability under client engagements is defined in each agreement.
