Refunds, Cancellation & Billing

Website management plans ($79 / $149 / $199 per month)

• Billing: plans bill monthly, in advance, and recur automatically until cancelled. There is no long-term contract, plans are month to month.
• What the monthly price covers: the website build, hosting, and the management services of your plan. The build is included in the monthly price rather than charged up front.
• Ownership while active: the website design, code, and templates remain Basswick’s property, licensed to you while your plan is active. Your content, branding, images, business data, and domain name are always yours.
• Cancellation: you may cancel any time by emailing hello@basswick.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; service continues until then.
• After cancellation: hosting through Basswick ends at the period’s close and the site comes down. We will return your content and images and help you retain your domain. You may alternatively purchase the complete site files through a buyout, priced based on how long you have been on the plan; buyout pricing is provided in writing on request and before any purchase.
• Want to own it outright from day one? Choose the $799 one-time build instead, ownership of the delivered site is included.
• Refunds: monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun, except where required by law or where Basswick failed to deliver the service.

Website Design — One-Time Build ($799)

• Payment: one-time. Domain registration and hosting are purchased separately in your name and are governed by those providers’ terms.

Custom-quoted services

Advertising, social media, campaigns, AI automation, and custom software are governed by their individual written agreements, which state billing schedule, cancellation, and refund terms for that project.

Disputes

Talk to us first, most billing issues are resolved in one email. Formal dispute terms are defined in the service agreement.
